IT Security Assessment: With the periodical assessment, you will find out own entire system overview, potential risk and IT efficiency. This could also helpful for J-SOX issue.

System Status Check: In order to prevent potential risk and update the environment record, periodical check & its report documents will be provided.

Periodical Maintenance: Provide a rich IT systems environment documentation include hardware configuration, network diagram and floor plan.

IT Solution: We will provide appropriate and affordable solution to improve your business environment.

Remark:
*1 The Health Check for all the contracted server and workstation will be performed the pre-defined checking. The checking include hardware status, hd capacity, backup status, mailbox status check, temp folder cleaner, antivirus software status.
Number of times per year is depending on the total maintenance amount:
(3 times for HKD500-1,000, 6 times for HKD1,001-3,000, 12 times for HKD3,001-6,000, 24 times for HKD6,001-9,000, 36 times for HKD9,001-12,000, 48 times for more than HKD12,000)  2009Y can get  20% discount.
*2 The IT System Setting Documentation include following configuration record: Server Setting Record, Workstation Setting Record, Network User Account List, Firewall Setting and Server Folder Permission (if available)
*3 ASUS will submit the update Configuration, Network diagram, Floor plan and IT System Setting documentation. We suggest customer to keep it for the future planning.
*4 For the Internet and Email healthy operation training, it is performed around 2 hours with maximum 10 people by the language of Mandarin normally after yearly system consultation.
*5 For the anti-virus network solution, ASUS would like to recommend Symantec Antivirus or Endpoint security edition.
*6 All parts is subject to the stock availability in Guangzhou and Shenzhen region only. If the maintenance contracted equipment purchased over 3 years and needs repaired, ASUS will offer cost price upon list price of the part, inspection fee,
repairing and labor fee which is charged by third party. For printer unit, it has limited coverage with a maximum of one year maintenance fee per case.
*7 For the broken part cannot be found through ASUS purchase source in Guangzhou and Shenzhen, ASUS will offer discount for replacement of equivalent PRODUCT which should be purchased from ASUS, either cost price upon list price of the equivalent PRODUCT, or one year maintenance fee discount for the failed PRODUCT, whatever the lowest discount price will be applied.
- Maintenance Support hours are the ASUS Business Day from 9:00 to 18:00 excluding Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays and ASUS company holidays.
- All mentioned System maintenance service menu is subject to change without prior notice and should follow ASUS standard.
